Services
From the brief to installation on site, one point of contact for the whole supply.
A process built around the site
We manage the supply of kitchens, bathrooms and furniture from the specification to the handover of the units, with design and manufacturing in Italy and a single contact for the client, the design team and the contractor.
-

01
Brief and specification
We start from the floor plans and the specification: number and types of units, rooms to be supplied, level of finish and construction programme. We help you choose materials and finishes that suit the building and its market.
-

02
Design by unit type
We develop proposals and shop drawings for each apartment or room type: repeatable layouts, variations where needed, and dimensions and services checked with the design team.
-

03
Samples
Before batch production we prepare samples of materials and finishes for approval by the designer and the client.
-

04
Made in Italy
We manufacture at our factory in Gerno di Lesmo, north of Milan, with a short supply chain that allows every stage to be checked, from the first unit to the last.
-

05
Delivery and installation on site
We schedule deliveries with the contractor, building by building or floor by floor, in Italy and abroad, and coordinate installation on site with trusted fitters.
-

06
Aftercare
Once the units are handed over, we remain the point of contact for the client and the building operator for support, spare parts and further supplies.
One point of contact
Those who develop, build or operate a building deal directly with the people who design and make the furniture, with no intermediaries. Working with RiFRA, Teuco Home takes each project from design to installation.
Teuco by RiFRA projects: 23 projects and 1,573 units in 6 countries, from 5 to 400 units per project, with supplies delivered directly to site.
