Privacy notice

This notice explains, under Articles 13 and 14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), how we process the personal data of people who visit teucohome.com and of those who write to us through its forms.

1. Data controller

The data controller is Milano Home Design s.r.l. a socio unico, Via Fratelli Cervi 17/19, 20855 Gerno di Lesmo (MB), Italy, VAT no. IT04169100130.

2. What data we process

Data you give us through the forms. With the enquiry form (contact, consultation, contract projects): first name, surname, email, phone, company or practice, profile (“you are”), country, type of project, number of units, expected timing and the text of your message. Together with the form data we record the page it was sent from and the language of the site.

Please do not include in your message any data that is not needed for the request, in particular health data or other special categories of data.

Browsing data. Like any website, this site receives some technical information from browsers (for example IP address, date and time of the request, the page visited and browser type). It is recorded by the hosting provider in its system logs, to run the site and protect it from abuse.

The site does not use profiling cookies or analytics tools: see the cookie policy.

3. Why we process it and on what legal basis

To reply to your requests and prepare proposals or quotations: processing is necessary to act on your request and to take steps prior to entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).

To send you updates about Teuco Home, only if you ticked the optional box: your consent (Article 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time.

To keep the site secure and prevent abuse, using browsing data: the controller’s legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f)).

To comply with legal obligations, for example tax and accounting obligations if a business relationship follows from the request (Article 6(1)(c)).

The data marked as required in the forms is needed for us to reply: without it we cannot act on the request. All other data is optional.

4. How long we keep it

Request data: for as long as needed to reply and to handle any negotiations that follow and, if no business relationship results, for no more than 24 months from the last contact.

Data for updates: until you withdraw your consent.

Data relating to a business relationship: for the period required by law (usually 10 years for accounting records).

Browsing data: for the period set by the hosting provider for its security logs.

5. Who may receive the data

The data is processed by the controller’s authorised staff and by suppliers acting as data processors under Article 28 GDPR:

Vercel Inc. (United States), which hosts the site and receives the messages sent through the forms;

Resend (United States), the email delivery service that forwards form messages to the controller;

the email service provider through which we receive form notifications;

RiFRA, Teuco Home’s design and manufacturing partner, where needed to prepare a reply to a project request.

Data may be disclosed to public authorities where required by law. We do not sell or pass on data to third parties for marketing purposes.

6. Transfers outside the European Union

Vercel and Resend are based in the United States. Transfers take place on the basis of the European Commission’s adequacy decision for companies certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or, failing that, the standard contractual clauses approved by the Commission (Articles 45 and 46 GDPR).

7. Your rights

At any time you can ask for access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability, object to processing based on legitimate interest and withdraw your consent, without affecting processing already carried out (Articles 15–22 GDPR).

To exercise your rights, write to info@teucohome.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (www.garanteprivacy.it), or with the supervisory authority of the country where you live or work.

8. Changes

This notice may be updated, for example if the site adds new services. The date of the last update is shown at the top of the page.
