We work with builders and developers, real estate companies, hotel operators, architects, interior designers and general contractors: from the first proposal based on the floor plans to delivery and installation on site.

How we work on contract projects

One point of contact from proposal to delivery, with design and manufacturing in Italy.

    Direct from the manufacturer

    The client deals directly with the people who design and make the furniture, with no intermediaries.

  2. 02

    Made-to-measure design

    Initial proposal and shop drawings based on the architectural design, together with architects and designers.

  3. 03

    Made in Italy

    Manufacturing at the factory in Gerno di Lesmo, north of Milan, with a short supply chain.

  4. 04

    Delivery and installation

    Shipping to site, in Italy and abroad, and installation by trusted fitters.

Residential buildings with dozens or hundreds of units, for sale or for rent: repeatable layouts and variations by apartment type.

Townhouses and small apartment buildings of 5 to 20 units: kitchens and bathrooms designed for each apartment and delivered directly to site.
